Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will pack your goods in accordance with our exact and precise specifications. Before they are shipped the goods are carefully inspected and secured. Note: Orders containing more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing period dependent on the particular item.

Prior to shipment Our team will conduct an extensive inspection of the items you purchased. Today, the majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.

Returns

Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. Please be aware that it is possible that your order will run out of stock even after you have placed the order.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased however, we're unable to give you a refund or exchange.

The item must not be used, and it must be in its original condition. The item must be in the original packaging.
