Our warehouse staff are highly skilled and will pack your items according to our precise and precise specifications. Your items are carefully inspected and properly secured before shipping. Both Europe as well as the USA have distribution and warehouse centers.

Note that orders containing more than one item will be processed according to the item.

Before shipping, we will examine the items ordered thoroughly before sending the items. Currently, most orders are shipped within 48-hours. The delivery time should be between 3-7 working days.

Returns

We do not manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. The actual inventory can change at any moment. You may not receive your order after the order has been made.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days from the date of purchase.

You are able to return an item when it's unopened and is in the same condition when you received it. You must have the item in the original packaging.
