We provide a variety of shipping options due to our long-standing partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse personnel will pack every item to our exacting specifications. Your goods will undergo an extensive inspection and be properly packaged prior to being shipped. We ship to thousands clients every day from all over the world. This shows our commitment to being the largest retailer on the internet. The warehouses are located located in Europe just as they are in USA.

Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a processing date according to the item.

Prior to shipment the items, our staff will carry out an extensive inspection of the products you have ordered. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hrs. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.

Returns

We do not control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. Stocks can be changed at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock after your order has been made.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase if it has been 30 days since the purchase.

Your item must be in the original packaging and not be used. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
